Description: Conduct research and analyze marketing and sales data with measurable KPIs across both
international agent (B2B) and domestic freehand (B2C/B2B) customer segments to
support the development and implementation of marketing and sales strategies that drive
growth and achieve revenue targets.
Collect market data and perform analysis to identify trends and potential business
opportunities that support business continuity and growth.
Analyze marketing and sales performance and revenue reports across all company
branches to inform strategic planning aimed at increasing sales and revenue.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams by providing market research and analysis to
inform business solutions, product strategies, and marketing roadmaps.
Research and monitor client and market conditions to inform initiatives that drive longterm revenue generation and strengthen customer relationships.
Conduct analysis of existing client accounts to support data-driven strategies to enhance
retention and upselling.
Track and forecast market trends, measure the effectiveness of targeted marketing email
campaigns that align with sales outreach and seasonal logistics cycles.
Collaborate with digital marketing agencies to analyze SEO performance, web metrics,
and campaign outcomes, ensuring alignment with lead generation goals and overall brand
positioning. $82,500 – $85,000/year


Requirements: Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or closely related field
